In therapy, I have found that if trust and care are established, healing can come naturally, and with ease. Much of my professional work has focused on loss and life transitions. I hold a systems-based framework, attuning to the complexities of the individual and their placement in the world. Interpersonally, this includes using an anti-oppressive lens when exploring relationships and ourselves, giving voice and care to parts of self that have been overlooked or overwhelmed. My approach is informed by psychodynamic, mindfulness, somatic, and attachment-based theories. I aim to create a collaborative, warm, and engaged space, where I can learn about your life, and we can talk through it together. I see adults in PA via telehealth and at my office in center city Philadelphia.
